Bob’s career spans major institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Prudential Financial - as well as startups, SMBs and Lower Middle Market companies.

Whether serving in interim C-suite roles or leading as a consulting partner, Bob combines strategic vision with hands-on execution - building order out of chaos, aligning teams, and driving projects forward across functions. Middle Market: Reorganized a leading US institutional real estate investment manager ($35B AUM)
Middle Market: Integrated two domestic commercial mortgage finance companies with combined revenues of $250mm
Middle Market: Integrated an international institutional investment management organization into a U.S. Fortune 100 financial services company ($25B AUM + $10B AUM)
Lower Middle Market: Served as Interim CFO for a PE-owned $50M revenue portfolio company following the discovery of undisclosed merchant-cash-advance obligations totaling $14M
Startup to SMB: Established and scaled a luxury multifamily development company from startup to $750mm in assets under development as COO/CFO, including negotiating and closing a $300mm family office GP investment
Startup to SMB: Co-Founded a multinational resort development company with $1B in assets under development
Early-Stage - Founder and producer of one of the largest tech/VC conferences in Florida for six years (SUP-X: The StartUp Expo)
Non-Profit: Served as Interim Executive Director and stabilized operations, implemented a joint venture/capital infusion, rebranded the organization, created a new strategic plan and membership program, and produced over a dozen events ranging from 20 to 2,000 attendees.
Non-Profit: Revitalized a 28-year-old VC nonprofit as president, rebuilding the board, rebranding the organization, modernizing operations/finances, and launching large-scale events that restored its role in the ecosystem.
