We led the strategic development, created the brand identity, designed the logo and marketing materials, identified high-potential prospects, and spearheaded initial market outreach. The new offering leveraged their team and products to deliver upfront service, train customer staff, and set both the client and their customers up for long-term success. It was positioned as a value-add, not a replacement - building confidence and boosting recurring product revenue.
